Last updated October 31, 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance

This Privacy Policy and Mailing List Terms (collectively, this "Policy") is issued by Asa Abella ("Asa Abella," "we," "us," or "our") and governs the collection, use, disclosure and retention of personal information in connection with the websites located at asaabella.com and asaabellavip.com (collectively, the "Sites") and the Asa Abella mailing list (the "Mailing List").

By accessing the Sites or subscribing to the Mailing List, you ("you" or "Subscriber") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Sites or subscribe to the Mailing List.

2. Eligibility; Age Restriction

The Mailing List and any age-restricted portions of the Sites are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Should we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will promptly delete such information and terminate the associated subscription.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • (a) Information you provide: your email address and, where you elect to provide it, your name, submitted at the time of subscription.
  • (b) Usage information: information collected automatically when you access the Sites, including pages viewed, links selected, device and browser type, referring source and approximate geographic location (at the city or country level), collected through third-party analytics providers, including Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics.
  • (c) Cookies: a functional cookie recording your confirmation that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, so that you are not required to repeat such confirmation on subsequent visits.

4. Mailing List Terms and Consent

Subscriptions are collected through Linktree, which processes your information on our behalf. We may also engage a third-party email service provider to deliver communications. Such providers process personal information solely for the purpose of providing their services to us and are governed by their respective privacy policies.

By subscribing, you expressly consent to receive commercial electronic communications from us, which may include announcements of new content, updates, promotional offers and links to third-party platforms on which our content is available. You acknowledge that such communications may reference or promote adult content hosted on age-restricted platforms. We anticipate sending no more than a limited number of communications per month; however, frequency may vary.

5. Use of Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • (a) to deliver the communications to which you have subscribed;
  • (b) to analyze the use of the Sites and improve their content and performance; and
  • (c) to maintain the security and integrity of the Sites and the Mailing List and to prevent fraud or abuse.

6. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, lease or trade your personal information to third parties. We disclose personal information only (a) to service providers acting on our behalf, to the extent necessary for them to perform services for us; (b) where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; or (c) where necessary to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others.

7. Withdrawal of Consent; Unsubscribing

You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from the Mailing List at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link included in every communication or by contacting us as set out in Section 13. We will process unsubscribe requests within ten (10) business days of receipt.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, including the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act and Canadian privacy legislation, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to object to or restrict its processing; and to request a copy of your personal information in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us as set out in Section 13. We will respond to verifiable requests within thirty (30) days, or such other period as required by applicable law. Where processing is based on consent, the legal basis for such processing is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for so long as you remain subscribed to the Mailing List, or as otherwise necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Upon unsubscription or a verified deletion request, we will remove your information from the Mailing List, except that we may retain a minimal record of your email address on a suppression list for the sole purpose of ensuring that you are not contacted again in error.

10. Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Websites

The Sites and our communications contain links to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third parties, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any amendment will be effective upon posting of the revised Policy on this page, as indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Sites or continued subscription to the Mailing List following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Policy.
